We are confident about our business and believe in the quality of our branded fight gear. You can shop from BJJGear.net with trust knowing we offer a 7 day return policy for our Bjj Gear for any damages that occur.
We also offer store credits for eligible refund cases, if customers are interested in purchasing additional gear.
SIZES EXCHANGES
Our BJJ gear is as per the standard sizes of the market. Please make sure you check the size guide for more information for precise measurements. We cannot issue a refund if the sizes ordered do not fit. However if a wrong size was shipped, we will exchange it for the correct size with all return costs paid by the company.
RETURN SHIPPING COST
Customers will be responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CANCELED ORDER
WITHIN 24 HOURS
A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted in case of cancellation within 24 hours if refunded OR a 100% coupon can be availed for future purchase.
AFTER 24 HOURS
All Orders are processed After 24 hours waiting time. A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted in case of cancellation and refund OR a 90% coupon can be availed for future purchase.
AFTER 96 HOURS / 04 DAYS
Orders cannot be cancelled after 96 hours as Product Materials are processed within this time frame
WARRANTY
BJJGEAR.net warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of the products or misused products. Our warranty policy is only in effect for products that are received as defective. The 180 days warranty only applies to manufacturing defects. The item will be analyzed to evaluate if it is a manufacturing defect or a created damage.
